At Nüré, we deliver fresh fruit baskets to businesses throughout the Greater Montréal area. We place great importance on protecting your personal information. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why, how we use and protect it, as well as the rights you can exercise. It complies with Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

Who we are

Nüré is a Québec-owned business that delivers fruit baskets to workplaces (a business-to-business service) serving the Greater Montréal area.

Legal business name: [Legal business name — to confirm].

For any question about this policy or your personal information, you can write to us at info@nure.ca with “” in the subject line.

Person in charge of the protection of personal information

The person in charge of the protection of personal information at Nüré is [to confirm: full legal name].

You can reach this person by email at info@nure.ca, with the subject “”. This person ensures compliance with this policy and handles requests for access, correction and withdrawal of consent.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you provide voluntarily, in two situations: when you fill out the “” form on our site, and when you write to us directly by email.

Through the quote form, we collect: the name of the contact person, your company name, your email address, your phone number (optional), your office postal code (to verify the delivery area), the number of employees (by range), the desired delivery frequency and, if you wish, a message.

If you contact us by email at info@nure.ca, we collect the information you choose to share with us in your message.

We do not create any user accounts, accept any payment on the site, manage any newsletter or collect any sensitive information. We do not make any decision based exclusively on automated processing of your information.

Why we collect this information

We use your information solely for the following purposes: to respond to your quote request, to prepare a proposal tailored to your company, to communicate with you, to ensure the follow-up and management of the business relationship, and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use it for any advertising purpose and do not share it with anyone for solicitation purposes.

Your consent and its withdrawal

By filling out the quote form, you consent to Nüré using your contact details to respond to your request. A consent checkbox appears on the form for this purpose. By writing to us by email, you consent to our using the information in your message to reply to you.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at info@nure.ca (subject “”). Withdrawing your consent has no retroactive effect: it ends the future use of your information for the stated purposes, subject to the information we must retain to meet our legal obligations.

Disclosure to third parties and service providers

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own purposes. We do, however, rely on a few service providers (subcontractors) who process certain information on our behalf, solely to operate our site and handle your requests.

Information processed outside Québec

Some of our service providers (Cloudflare, Resend and Zoho Mail) may store or process your information outside Québec, notably in the United States or in other jurisdictions.

Where the law requires it, we carry out a privacy impact assessment before disclosing information outside Québec. Before entrusting your information to these providers, we make sure they offer adequate protection, through contractual commitments and appropriate security measures, so that your information benefits from a level of protection comparable to that required in Québec.

Retention and destruction

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, then for the time required to meet our legal obligations.

For quote requests that do not lead to an agreement, we propose to retain your information for 24 months after the last contact [proposal — to be validated], after which it is securely destroyed or anonymized.

Security measures

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, theft and unauthorized access. Our site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS) and is hosted with recognized providers.

Access to your information is limited to Nüré’s founders, who need it to respond to your request and manage the business relationship.

Your rights

Under Law 25, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete, to withdraw your consent to its use, and to request that its dissemination cease or that it be de-indexed where the law permits.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@nure.ca with “” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.

Filing a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information

If you have a concern, we invite you to write to us first at info@nure.ca (subject “”) — we will try to resolve it quickly. You may also, at any time, file a complaint with Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information (CAI).

You will find the contact details and the procedure to follow on the Commission’s website, at www.cai.gouv.qc.ca.

Privacy incidents

We keep a register of privacy incidents. In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we take reasonable measures to reduce its consequences and prevent it from recurring, and we notify the persons concerned as well as the Commission d’accès à l’information, in accordance with the law.

Cookies and analytics

Our site does not use any advertising cookies or tracking tools for profiling purposes. The web analytics tool we use works without cookies and does not allow you to be identified or tracked from one site to another. It serves only to help us understand, in an aggregate way, the traffic to our site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. We invite you to consult it from time to time.
